Why We Started EcoPackables

In 2020, our founder Shervin Dehmoubed was running a successful eCommerce business shipping pickleball products nationwide. He worked hard to operate responsibly, but he kept running into the same frustrating problem: there simply wasn't genuinely sustainable packaging available that actually worked for modern businesses.

Every option on the market fell short. Materials were either blatantly greenwashed, impractical to implement, or failed to meet basic standards for quality and cost-effectiveness. And through conversations with other business owners, Shervin realized he wasn't alone. Brands everywhere were hungry for greener alternatives, but nothing measured up.

That realization sparked an idea: What if we could build the solution that the industry desperately needed?

EcoPackables was born from that gap in the market. We set out to create packaging that would meet the real-world needs of businesses (functionality, cost-effectiveness, and ease of transition) while delivering meaningful environmental impact backed by rigorous research and testing.


Today, we've grown into a certified B Corporation and a leader in innovative sustainable packaging solutions, serving businesses worldwide. The best part, is we're just getting started.
